Best Time to visit chamurchi
The place is pretty cold throughout the year. Being in proximities of Darjeeling and the hills, you will find a chill from January to April. Summers are quite relaxing in the region and Monsoons to create a uniquely picturesque landscape. Winters are again colder than usual.

How to Reach
The nearest rail station is Banarhat where a couple of passenger and DMU trains stop. From Banarhat take the north-bound road and drive for about 10 km to reach Chamurchi. Road travelers driving through Dooars by National Highway 31 also have to take a detour at Banarhat to reach here. There is also an alternative route which starts on the East side of Diana river bridge. This route is slightly shorter.
From NJP it is 96 Km and New mal railway station it is only 44 KM.
